Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking an Analyst - Process Analytics (FCRM) to monitor and analyze financial transactions for fraud indicators and to support investigations across departments.

You will develop and deploy fraud-prevention strategies, generate actionable reports, and stay current with regulatory requirements to strengthen preventative measures, enabling risk reduction at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in analytics, CS and statistics or related fields.
• Master's degree in Data Science or equivalent preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset are required.
