The Practice Account Analyst will assist in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that drive required aspects of support, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues remotely via phone, email, and available software.

Responsibilities:

General:

  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in night shifts
  • Strong ability to work under pressure with dedication to maintaining data integrity
  • Ability to research, analyze, and sort information as needed

Operational Support:

  • Troubleshoot issues to determine root cause, identify solutions, or escalate appropriately
  • Follow instructions and communicate effectively when rectifying problems and providing feedback
  • Investigate discrepancies, fill gaps in incomplete records, and resolve related issues
  • Perform all assigned duties and meet project compliance requirements
Skills and Experience:
  • 0–3 years of experience with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to key, scan, and transcribe high volumes of data from various sources
  • Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Strong understanding of accuracy and efficiency in managing large data volumes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to quickly learn other applications
  • Experience in the US Healthcare domain will be an added advantage
