Job summary

Hiresquad in Bengaluru (India) is seeking a Workforce Management professional to administer weekly schedules, training, and events using WFM tools such as eWFM, Alvaria, and IEX. You will generate and optimize Intraday Patterns (IDP) and lead scenario-based headcount planning to keep operations efficient around the clock.

The role emphasizes automating scheduling processes, implementing improvements, and pursuing RPA solutions, while handling mailbox requests and real-time schedule exception

Qualifications

• Graduate with contact center WFM experience (Alvaria/IEX preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and multitasking in a 24/7 environment.
