Job summary

SiTime Corp. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM and Finance Analyst with 10+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, focusing on Financials and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, with a strong focus on the Financials and Supply Chain domains.
• Deep understanding of Financial Accounting, Accounting Processes, and Manufacturing Processes.
• Expertise in the following Oracle Fusion modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clear and concise functional and technical specifications.
• Experience in creating and delivering end-user training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and proactive,
• Ability to work independently, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and finance users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Provide functional and technical expertise in various Oracle Fusion modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Costing, Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications for customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications.
• Assist finance teams with month-end close processes and provide ongoing support.
• Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end-users.
• Lead and guide teams in quarterly patch testing, ensuring smooth upgrades and minimal disruption.
• Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests.
• Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
