Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Operations.
• Strong knowledge of equity and derivatives trade lifecycle, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily banking transactions in QuickBooks Online and assign to GL accounts.
• Enter customer and vendor invoices and match with bank payments.
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations for accuracy.
• Execute trade bookings, reconcile trades, and resolve breaks using MS Data.
• Manage end-of-day estimates and post manual journal entries in Enfusion.
• Prepare 1099 data and assist filing returns through Tax.com.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls, and procedures.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have completed CA Inter or CMA Inter.The candidate will support day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and investment accounting activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily banking transactions in QuickBooks Online and assign them to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Enter customer and vendor invoices and match invoices with corresponding bank payments.
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Execute trade bookings, reconcile trades, and investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks using MS Data.
• Manage End-of-Day (EOD) estimates and post manual journal entries in Enfusion.
• Prepare 1099 data and assist in filing returns through Tax.com.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, financial controls, and company procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Operations.
• Good knowledge of Equity and Derivatives segments, including trade lifecycle, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
