Overview

Ever wondered how products travel seamlessly from the factory to destinations worldwide? The Freight Forwarding Analyst makes it happen—driven by curiosity to find smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to move goods while ensuring full compliance and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, book, and monitor shipments across air, sea, and land, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery while learning and optimizing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records and streamlined documentation.
  • Analyse freight spends, evaluate carrier performance, negotiate contracts, and identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvements.
  • Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and proactively communicate insights to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field, with a mindset to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably within a manufacturing setting, with a focus on improving processes and efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures, coupled with a curiosity to explore innovative logistics solutions.
  • Proficient in logistics software (e.g., SAP & TMS platforms), with Power BI skills as an added advantage to analyze and optimize performance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask, adapt, and thrive under pressure while seeking continuous growth.
