Job summary

JPMorganChase in Mumbai is seeking an Analyst to join the Institutional Investment Solutions (IIS) Program Support team. You will help deliver OCIO solutions to endowments, foundations, family offices and retirement plans, driving operational excellence and maintaining control frameworks.

You will support regulatory requirements, partner with business and finance teams, and ensure smooth execution of critical processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operational support or program management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of Python (advantage).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Documentation and process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support, streamline, and automate the execution of recurring monthly investment data requirements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.
• Own the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of investment advice tools used by institutional retirement advisors, partnering with stakeholders to drive usability and continuous improvement.
• Produce and enhance investment analytics and reporting for clients, advisors, management, and governance forums, including identifying opportunities to improve consistency, transparency, and efficiency.
• Create, own, and continuously improve operational controls (including execution, testing/validation, and enhancements) to strengthen accuracy, resiliency, and risk management across investment operations processes.
• Assist in writing RFPs for the business.
• Provide ad-hoc support on strategic projects related to investment operations for the retirement plan Consulting program, contributing to initiatives that improve platform capabilities and operating model effectiveness.

Job Description

Join the Institutional Investment Solutions (IIS) team and help deliver Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) solutions to endowments, foundations, family offices and retirement plans. Play a key role in business and investment operations, governance, and financial process support across a dynamic organization.

As an Analyst in the IIS Program Support team, you drive operational excellence, maintain control frameworks, support regulatory requirements, and act as a liaison across business and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of critical processes.

Job Responsibilities
