Team Profile

A&M's Global Tax business has a team of highly skilled and seasoned tax professionals, experienced in providing practical tax advice to corporate and private equity clients throughout the transaction life cycle. We are now rapidly expanding across Asia and looking for bright seasoned TAX professionals for our India office.

A&M professionals come with deep operating and financial-related experience. The team uses an integrated, focused, and tailored approach to rapidly identify and understand potential deal breakers, value drivers, and other areas of specific interest to our clients. Our professionals have significant experience on both buy side and sell side transactions across multiple different industries

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Deep technical knowledge of tax Indirect tax laws particularly Goods and Services Tax (GST)
• Proficiency in drafting advisory opinions, appeals, replies to show cause notices, etc.
• Experience in executing GST compliance mandates for clients
• Good knowledge of legal/industry issues and abreast of developments in law.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from Tier 1 institute / university.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the Indirect tax/GST field
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and creating presentations
