Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Solution Analyst to design technical solutions for Supply Chain Control Tower projects. You will work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable designs and collaborate with developers for delivery and testing.

You will create data models, dashboards, and analytical reports, ensuring integration across source systems. Strong SQL, data warehousing knowledge, and experience with ERP tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience delivering supply chain IT solutions.
• Experience with Supply Chain Planning Solutions/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, OMP, o9, WMS).
• Hands-on experience with data integration and creating dashboards in analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.

The Solution Analyst will design technical solutions for Supply Chain Control Tower solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable designs. The role involves collaborating with developers to ensure successful delivery and performance testing, driving value for Kraft Heinz.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering workshops to understand business problems and translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
• Gain a deep understanding of business processes and data leveraged within IT Supply Chain Planning Capabilities products and platforms.
• Create technical design documents, process flows, and data models to build scalable solutions.
• Develop Dashboards and Reports within Aera's descriptive analytics platform in order to meet customer requirements
• Architect skills, Aera's Decision Intelligent solutions with all features and functions, and ensure all layers (including user consumption layer) are designed and developed per customer requirements
• Harmonize structured and unstructured data to create data models for analytics and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Conduct functional and technical validation of solutions
• Design strategies to extract and integrate data from source systems and write back into source systems.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience delivering supply chain IT solutions.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning Solutions/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, OMP, o9, WMS)
• Understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with data integration and creating dashboards in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficient in SQL, good knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with software implementation methodologies.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual who takes challenges head-on and has a bias towards action.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
