About the team

The Credentialing Team plays a vital role in protecting the organization by conducting client due diligence, credentialing reviews, and verification activities for new and existing customers. We partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements while supporting safe, efficient, and compliant client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage implementation, risk-based, and branch verification credentialing activities for new contracts, contract amendments, renewals, and new branch locations.

  • Perform background checks and cross-reference information against various databases and official sources to identify potential compliance risks and ensure data integrity.

  • Analyze credentialing requests, identify exceptions or risk indicators, and **escalate** complex cases to leadership when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate case records, trackers, and supporting documentation while ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Contract Administration, Finance, Documentation Management, and Compliance teams to facilitate timely onboarding and re-credentialing activities.

  • Monitor recurring credentialing requirements and support annual or periodic re-credentialing efforts to ensure client records remain current and compliant.

  • Respond to credentialing-related inquiries through shared team mailboxes and provide professional support to internal and external customers.

  • Contribute to process improvements, operational excellence initiatives, reporting activities, and audit readiness efforts that enhance the effectiveness of the compliance program.

  • Assist in training and mentoring junior analysts by sharing subject matter expertise and promoting consistent execution of credentialing procedures.

What You Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience in Compliance, Credentialing, KYC, Client Onboarding, Risk Management, Audit, Financial Services, or a related operational function.

  • Working knowledge of client due diligence, credentialing, customer onboarding, and compliance risk assessment principles.

  • Experience reviewing and validating business documentation, legal agreements, licensing information, and organizational records.

  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies, assess risk indicators, and make sound recommendations.

  • Experience conducting research and verification activities using public records, official websites, databases, and internal systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and apply them consistently to business scenarios.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and competing deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external clients.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and reporting tools.

  • Ability to work independently, exercise professional judgment, and **elevate** complex or high-risk situations appropriately.

  • Experience participating in process improvement initiatives, quality reviews, audits, or compliance monitoring activities.

  • Strong collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.

What we offer you:
