AtkinsRéalis, a global engineering and services organization, is seeking a HR Shared Services professional to support ME onboarding and background checks from its Bengaluru hub. You will handle UK background checks, onboarding processes, and respond to HR queries while coordinating with COEs and HR community.

The role requires strong English communication, proficient IT skills, and the ability to work across regional policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree; HR exposure preferred.
• Experience in HR Shared Services supporting ME background check and onboarding is an advantage.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow applications preferred.
• Good IT skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; strong administrative capability.
• Willingness to work across multiple shifts.

Responsabilités

• Handle UK background check and onboarding with 1+ year of experience.
• Manage HR processes per regional policies (UK/Middle East/NA/APAC).
• Demonstrate proficiency in HR processes and SOPs.
• Coordinate queries on the case management tool.
• Produce standard correspondence for employees and external parties.
• Liaise with employees, line managers and HR colleagues.
• Work with HR Community and COEs to drive improvements.
• Support People’s Hub team with ad-hoc projects.
• Perform other duties as required by HR Team Leader.

Working as part of the HR Shared Services team (People’ Hub, Bangalore), you will be responsible for providing an effective and proactive HR support service to employees and managers located in Middle East.

Your role

• Should have at least 1+ year of experience in handling UK background check & onboarding.
• Managing a variety of HR processes in accordance with regional policies and procedural guidelines (UK/Middle East/North America/Asia Pacific)
• Demonstrate good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures.
• Managing & Coordinating queries on Case management tool
• Producing standard correspondence to employees & external parties
• Liaising with employees, line managers and other HR colleagues
• Working closely with the HR Community and COE’s
• Proactively contributing to improvements within the department
• Supporting the People’s Hub team with ad-hoc projects
• Any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader

Experience and skills

• Preferably in a HR Shared Services function supporting ME background check & onboarding experience will be an added advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge on Workday and Service Now Applications
• Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload.
• Potential to develop as the team grows.
• Previous experience in a front facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable.
• Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts.

Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum 2years of experience in HR shared services or similar environment
