Personiv in India is hiring for Analyst – Graphic Designer to work with Operations. You will collaborate with teams to execute tasks within timeframes while maintaining high-quality catalogs and inserts.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of experience, knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop, and readiness to coordinate catalog updates, support printing, and handle customer escalations to meet SLA expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have good knowledge in InDesign and Photoshop.
• 0-2 years of experience is preferred.
• Any Degree is acceptable for education.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with the team and create manual inserts for the catalog.
• Take updates from the team leader and execute them accurately.
• Support the team in sending final catalog files to the printer.
• Handle customer escalations and fulfill requirements promptly.
• Maintain high quality to meet internal and external SLA expectations.
• Meet the highest performance metrics.
