Job summary

Personiv, an eClerx company, is hiring an Analyst to deliver high-quality graphics and design work using Adobe tools. The role requires strong communication to align with stakeholders and to meet client deadlines in a collaborative environment.

The Analyst will create and refine graphics, consult with supervisors, and support teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards across projects.

Responsibilities

• Providing consistent, high-quality graphics and design work including but not limited to image clear cutting, masking, color correction, retouching and layouts using Adobe tools and other applications.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality graphics and design work to the specifications, satisfaction, and deadlines of clients.
• Regularly consults with assigned supervisor/s regarding the scope of work of existing and new clients.
• Performs related work as required by your immediate supervisor or senior management.
• Keeps abreast with the latest updates and developments in the Adobe suite of products and able to adapt to new design and imaging techniques.
• Perform other duties, functions, and/or responsibilities as may be assigned to you by the Company, or your superiors.
• Taking the updates from team leader and executing the updates.
• Supporting to shipping team in preparation of final shipping files.
• Handling the awareness product as per the customer specifications.
• Handling the customer’s escalation and quickly fulfilling the requirements.
• Meeting the highest performance matrix level
