This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective oversight of regulatory reporting processes in a complex, multi-market environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of control and testing frameworks (e.g. PRSA, PPCR, RCSA or similar).
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on control quality, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, control gaps, and execution issues.
  • Ability to interpret operational data and support clear, accurate, and insight-driven governance reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate risks and issues.
  • Sound judgement and confidence to challenge constructively and escalation risks early where required.
  • Strong stakeholders' management skills, with the ability to build relationships, drive cross-functional collaboration, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear accountability.
Responsibilities
