Job summary

RTX is seeking a Global Mobility Payroll Support professional in Bengaluru to manage international assignments, payroll instructions, and retro payments within a hybrid work model. You will coordinate with local payrolls and tax vendors, ensuring accurate balance sheets and MOUs.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent, 1+ year of relevant experience, and familiarity with Equus/Assignment Pro. Strong Excel, analytical, and proactive problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 1 year relevant experience, or advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with Global Mobility/payroll preferred.
• Experience with Equus/Assignment Pro preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to a Global Mobility function that includes approximately 2,000 international assignments, including rotational, short term, and long terms assignments.
• Allowance Package Set-up in Equus platform
• Updated retro payments and prepare prorated allowance calculations, as well as one-time payment processing
• Creates and delivers payroll instructions for local payrolls prior to local deadline based on international assignment balance sheets and MOU
• Review Pre-Payroll CWS/Differences (1st pass), as well as notes for changes
• Complete post-pay payroll/pay results reconciliation review
• Answer employee / team questions, as well as troubleshooting issues.
• Develop and document procedures with team members.
• Review various reports to update the data in the assignees file.
• Support back-up compilation for DCAA audit requests
• Compensation collection from local entities to upload and review.
• Shadow reporting with tax vendor

Education & Experience

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 1 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
• Experience Supporting Payroll With Global Mobility Experience Preferred
• Experience with Equus/Assignment Pro preferred
• Ability to learn processes, policies, and the ability to apply CORE principles to these processes for continuous improvement
• Display positive attitude and demonstrate high commitment level.
• Good organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree. Limited to some knowledge of RTX organization.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
