Job summary

RTX is seeking a Hybrid payroll professional to support its Global Mobility function in Bengaluru. You will manage international assignments, prepare mobility payroll instructions, and coordinate retro payments and prorations with precision.

Ideal candidates have a degree and 1+ year of mobility payroll experience, plus proficiency with Equus/Assignment Pro and Excel. You will work across time zones, ensuring accurate data and timely payroll processing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Global Mobility payroll for international assignments (2,000+).
• Serve as champion for mobility payroll instructions and deployments.
• Handle retro payments, prorations, and one-time calculations.
• Create payroll instructions for local payrolls from balance sheets and MOUs.
• Review pre-payroll schedules and changes; reconcile post-payroll results.
• Answer employee questions and troubleshoot issues; document procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to a Global Mobility function that includes approximately 2,000 international assignments, including rotational, short term, and long terms assignments.
• Serve as champion for mobility payroll instructions for all types of relocation and deployments.
• Allowance Package Set-up in Equus platform Updated retro payments and prepare prorated allowance calculations, as well as one-time payment processing.
• Creates and delivers payroll instructions for local payrolls prior to local deadline based on international assignment balance sheets and MOU.
• Review Pre-Payroll CWS/Differences (1st pass), as well as notes for changes.
• Complete post-payroll/pay results reconciliation review.
• Answer employee / team questions, as well as troubleshooting issues.
• Develop and document procedures with team members.
• Review various reports to update the data in the assignees file.
• Support back‑up compilation for DCAA audit requests.
• Compensation collection from local entities to upload and review.
• Shadow reporting with tax vendor.

Education & Experience

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 1 years prior relevant experience, or
• An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting payroll with Global Mobility experience preferred.
• Experience with Equus/Assignment Pro preferred.
• Ability to learn processes, policies, and the ability to apply CORE principles to these processes for continuous improvement.

Role Type Information

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
