The role focuses on developing MIS dashboards and ad-hoc analysis, with 1–3 years FP&A experience and strong Excel/Sheets skills for insightful decision support.

PositionSummary

As an Analyst, you will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis through detailed insights, benchmarking, and performance tracking. The role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while monitoring actuals against plans. It also includes preparing and leading business reviews for internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and analysis.

Qualifications

• MBA from a premier institute.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years post qualification, of which at least 1 year in FP&A/business finance or an analysis-focused role.

Required skills

• Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets.
• Very good written and verbal communication.
• Good presentation and inter-personal skills.
• Some working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Tableau etc., andother automation tools would be an advantage.
