pronative.ai is seeking an Analyst, Founder's Office, in Bengaluru, India. Hybrid/onsite preference during launch, full-time role supporting the Founder with high-context workflows across Investors, Board Directors, and the Global Advisory Board.

You will deliver market insights, coordinate strategic initiatives, and craft executive-ready analyses while aligning day-to-day operations with strategic inputs.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital analytics, or an early-stage venture-backed startup.
• Strong academic or professional track record with curiosity about the Generative AI ecosystem.
• Flawless written business communication and ability to turn messy data into executive-ready presentations.
• Exceptional EQ to navigate board-level interactions and a proactive, low-ego mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive market intelligence on GSIs and GCCs and draft outreach blueprints for the founder.
• Act as a temporary project management layer for unowned problems and support digital marketing setup.
• Drive structure for high-level technical brainstorming and translate ideas into actionable notes.
• Track AI competitor valuations and landscape updates to curate a monthly intelligence brief for the board.
• Project manage strategic meetings and coordinate relationships with enterprise founders.

The Role

As our Analyst, Founder's Office, you will serve as the core execution engine and strategic connective tissue for the Founder. This is not an administrative or secretarial role. You will directly manage high-context strategic workflows across four critical leadership personas: our Investors, Board Directors, Non-Executive Directors (NEDs), and Global Advisory Board.

Your core objective is to ensure absolute strategic cohesion between high-level advisory insights and our everyday operational execution.

What You Will Do

• Market Intelligence & Opportunities: Conduct deep-dive research into global enterprise landscapes, specifically targeting Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Map key decision-makers and draft hyper-tailored outreach blueprints for the founder.
• Operational Execution: Act as a temporary project management layer for unowned problems—such as benchmarking, tracking logistics, and gathering asset specs to spin up our new digital marketing team.
• Brainstorming & Concept Synthesis: Drive structural organization for high-level technical brainstorming sessions. Translate raw ideas into precise, actionable concept notes and track execution pillars.
• Information Sharing & Briefings: Track global AI competitor valuations, landscape movements, and core technical updates to curate the monthly Pronative Intelligence Brief delivered to our board and investors.
• Strategic Initiatives: Project manage high-impact strategic meetings (e.g., Anthropic/Claude partnership tracks), and coordinate relationships with enterprise founders.

Who You Are

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital analytics, or an early-stage venture-backed startup.
• Pedigree: Strong academic or professional track record with a deep, unprompted curiosity about the evolving Generative AI ecosystem.
• Core Skills: Flawless written business communication, advanced structured documentation (Notion, Google Workspace), and the ability to turn messy data into executive-ready financial or strategic presentations.
• Traits: Exceptionally high emotional intelligence (EQ) to seamlessly navigate board-level interactions, low ego, high agency, and a "no task is too small" operational mindset.
