TE Connectivity is seeking a Digital Marketing and Social Media Analyst to strengthen our global digital footprint. You will implement channel-specific social media strategies, optimize paid and organic programs, and guide partners with data-driven insights to improve engagement and conversions.

You will collaborate across Marketing teams, optimize AEM content, and ensure campaigns are tracked and measured with best-in-class practices, while maintaining brand and privacy standards.

• 4-5 years in customer-facing digital campaigns.

Job Overview

The Digital Marketing and Social Media Analyst combines hands-on execution, strategic insight, and technical expertise. This role enhances our business partners' digital marketing efforts through a balance of day-to-day operations and a consultative, strategic approach. Key responsibilities include executing digital marketing tactics like running social media campaigns, identifying content gaps, and managing web assets. This role requires exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, global, multi-cultural business environment.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

• Act as a trusted advisor to campaign manager, internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on digital marketing initiatives and channel effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing and Marketing Operations.
• Facilitate alignment between campaign objectives and digital execution strategies.
• Present recommendations, campaign results, performance reviews, and optimization plans to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and demonstrated subject matter expertise.

Social Media Campaign Management

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into channel-specific social media strategies and execution plans.
• Develop audience targeting recommendations, content frameworks, and campaign structures to maximize engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance.
• Optimize paid and organic social programs through continuous testing, including audience segmentation, creative variations, messaging, and channel mix.
• Establish and maintain channel governance, best practices, and publishing standards across global social media properties.

Digital Campaign Execution

• Support end-to-end execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, social, email, and paid media channels.
• Collaborate with campaign managers and product marketing teams to align digital tactics with demand generation and revenue objectives.
• Recommend optimization opportunities throughout the campaign lifecycle using performance data and present recommendations.
• Partner with marketing operations teams to ensure proper campaign setup, tracking, tagging, and measurement.
• Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
• Ensure digital marketing activities adhere to brand, compliance, privacy, and accessibility standards.

AEM Content Management & Web Experience Optimization

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM),creating landing pages on TE.com providing guidance on content authoring best practices, governance, and user experience standards.
• Optimize web content for SEO, conversion, and user engagement.
• Ensure proper implementation of metadata, tagging structures, and content taxonomy to support searchability and reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in a customer facing digital campaign planning and execution role
• Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook and Sprinklr).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• 4+ years of experience in managing and executing digital marketing and paid social media campaigns.
• Experience in paid social campaign management is required.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Sprinklr, LinkedIn campaign management is required.
• Familiarity with AEM 6.5 is preferred.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
