Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks an experienced Coupa Administrator in Pune, India. You will configure master data, manage workflows, and monitor system health while coordinating releases and ensuring internal controls. Strong PM and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

You will document processes, create reports, and support end users with efficient issue resolution while upholding security and compliance standards.

• 5+ years’ experience working with the Coupa application and related configurations.
• Experience configuring master data, workflows, and release management within Coupa.
• Ability to document processes and create supporting diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Configuration and Master Data: maintain system settings, content groups, enterprise data, company codes, chart of accounts, and tax codes.
• Monitoring and Reporting: create queries and reports and monitor system health and performance.
• User Administration: manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Workflow and Process Configuration: tailor requisition, PO, and invoice workflows.
• Release Management: coordinate system upgrades and feature rollouts.
• Troubleshooting and Support: resolve incidents and document solutions.
• Adherence to Internal Controls: ensure security and controls within the Coupa system.

Work Experience

Atleast 5 years’ experience working with Coupa application with experience such as:

• Configuration and Master Data: Handle configuration tasks, including maintaining system settings, content groups, enterprise data, company codes, chart of accounts, and tax codes. Ensure that the system is optimally configured to meet business requirements.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor control reports, analyze data, and assist with creating queries and reports. Keep an eye on the system’s health and performance.
• User Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the Coupa system. Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for users.
• Workflow and Process Configuration: Configure requisition, purchase order (PO), and invoice workflows. Understand requirements related to requisitions, POs, and invoices, and tailor the system accordingly.
• Release Management: Handle system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems promptly. Maintain documentation for common solutions.
• Adherence to Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal controls, security protocols, and best practices while administering the Coupa system.

Experience applying project management methodologies.

Experience documenting complex processes and generating supporting diagrams.
