  • Support cash governance — cost approvals, vendor payments, and financial hygiene across projects
Project & Contract Onboarding
  • Coordinate onboarding of new projects into internal systems — pricing, SLAs, contracts, metadata
  • Liaise with Sales/BD and Finance to ensure clean, timely project setup and communication
Systems & Process
  • Support with development and streamlining of BU processes (vendor management, travel booking, cost approvals) to improve efficiency and reduce operational drag
  • Support adoption of tools and systems within the BU, troubleshooting bottlenecks with relevant teams
Stakeholder Coordination & Governance
  • Act as a coordination point between BU leadership, central Finance, HR/Talent, and Delivery teams
  • Document learnings and maintain a feedback loop to feed process improvements back into how the BU operates
Requirements:

  • Strong hands‑on skills in Microsoft or Google Workspace, with comfort in data analysis and building structured reports
  • Working understanding of budgeting/P&L concepts, or clear evidence of being able to pick this up fast
  • Solution centric and strong problem‑solving skills
  • Self‑driven, curious and adaptable personality with the ability to work independently
