Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Data Analyst in Bengaluru to support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. You will work with SAP MDM for Material and Supplier Master data, maintain data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and timely delivery.

You will configure master data, support EDI mappings, and report on data quality KPIs while facilitating knowledge transfer to internal partners across global projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP Master Data for Material/Supplier Master.
• Hands-on with SAP S4 HANA/ECC.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Flexible with shift times.

Responsibilities

• Follow defined SOPs for all deliverables.
• Create/modify Article Master and Supplier Master.
• Maintain master data and onboarding.
• Configure and maintain Master Data and EDI maps.
• Monitor data quality and KPIs; ensure SLA compliance.
• Support data flows across SAP ECC and downstream systems.
