The role emphasizes developing quality content and training the pricing team while engaging with data partners and stakeholders globally.

The candidate should have a B.Tech in Agriculture or BE, with domestic and international market exposure, and strong written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Agriculture with exposure to domestic and global pricing markets.
• Experience interacting with all pricing stakeholders.
• Experience in handling a small team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise on major pricing activities for Agricultural commodities.
• Check accuracy of price data derived by team members.
• Ensure pricing processes adhere to IOSCO principles and handle client grievances transparently.
• Develop high‑caliber content and train team members per Content Development Guidelines (CoDeG).
• Develop periodic reports for the commodity pricing process.

Job Responsibilities

The following are the major areas of responsibility:-

• Responsible for selected important liaising and query activities relatedtoprocesses of deriving commodity pricing of Agricultural
• Check and cross check the accuracy of price data derived and obtainedbymembers of the team.
• Ensure adherence to IOSCO principles in the team regarding transparencyof pricing development mechanism, detailed processes including escalationfor handling-client grievances and continuous training of the team.
• Ensure development of high calibre content personally as well as the teammembers. This would be ensured by continuous training and adherenceto the Content Development Guidelines (CoDeG) through periodic audit of articles.
• Responsible for the development of all periodic reports regarding the
  

specific commodity.

B.Tech(preferably in Agri) and Candidate should have had an exposure toboth domestic and global market of experience of interacting with all

stakeholders relating to pricing

• The individual would also be responsible for regular interaction withimportant Data Points / Partners, developing high standard of workingrelationship as well as developing new and trusted Data Partners.
• As part of developing the pricing process constantly endeavour to initiatepricing inputs for new and different geographic. Key Competencies required
