Crisil in Chennai (prefers Chennai/Pune) seeks an Analyst for the AI Operations Support Team within Counterparty Credit Risk Technology. You will monitor AI/ML-enabled dashboards and alerts, perform initial checks on exceptions, and carry out defined automation tasks per runbooks.

Responsibilities include monitoring batch/completion, running reconciliation checks, logging incidents with proper severity, and supporting RCA activities.

Formación

• 1–3 years in technology operations, production support, or a related monitoring/data function.
• Basic working knowledge of SQL; exposure to Python or scripting is a plus.
• Familiarity with dashboards/monitoring tools, or strong aptitude to learn them quickly.
• Working knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk concepts — prior exposure is a plus.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, comfortable following SOPs and escalation protocols.
• Good written communication for incident logging and SOP documentation.

• Execute existing automation scripts/dashboards and report issues or gaps to the Senior Analyst.
• Log incidents with correct severity tagging; track through to resolution per SLA.
• Support RCA activities by pulling logs, data extracts and evidence as directed.

Analyst – AI Ops Support

Experience

1–3 years Location

Chennai (preferred) / Pune

ROLE PURPOSE

Provide first-line AI Ops monitoring support for CCR Technology applications — watching dashboards and alerts, performing initial checks on AI/ML-flagged exceptions, and executing defined automation and reconciliation tasks. The role expects CCR domain familiarity on the job.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI / ML Operations Monitoring (core focus)

• Monitor AI/ML-enabled process dashboards and alerts on a daily/intraday basis per defined runbooks.
• Perform first-pass checks on flagged anomalies/exceptions and log findings for Senior Analyst review.
• Support the human-review workflow for AI-flagged exceptions, ensuring items are logged and tracked to closure.

Monitoring & Reconciliation Support

• Monitor batch/interface completion for daily and intraday processing cycles; elevate delays or failures per SOP.
• Run defined reconciliation checks between upstream and downstream systems and log breaks.
• Execute existing automation scripts/dashboards and report issues or gaps to the Senior Analyst.

Incident Support

• Log incidents accurately with correct severity tagging; track through to resolution per SLA.
• Support RCA activities by pulling logs, data extracts and evidence as directed.

Domain Knowledge

• Working familiarity with core CCR concepts (exposure, EPE/PFE, limits, collateral) to interpret alerts more independently over time.
• Participate in knowledge-transfer sessions and cross-training; maintain and update SOP documentation as processes evolve.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1–3 years in technology operations, production support, or a related monitoring/data function; freshers with strong technical aptitude may be considered.

Basic working knowledge of SQL; exposure to Python or scripting is a plus.

Familiarity with dashboards/monitoring tools, or strong aptitude to learn them quickly.

Working knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk / financial markets concepts — prior exposure is a plus

Disciplined, detail-oriented, comfortable following SOPs and escalation protocols in a production environment.

Good written communication for incident logging and SOP documentation.
