Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Mumbai is seeking an Associate – Real Estate Asset Advisory (Valuations & Advisory) to execute assignments, coordinate with multiple clients, and travel across states in East Zone while ensuring deliverable quality and process adherence.

You will perform detailed cost estimates for interiors and retail projects, source primary information through site visits, prepare BOQ-level quantities and rate analyses, and participate in bill certification.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience in project management / bill certification.
• Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Technical awareness of civil and architectural works in interior projects.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of Interior Fitout projects/Finishing works.
• Detailed understanding of BOQ involved in Interiors/Retail projects.
• Creating detailed project cost estimates e.g. construction activities Civil, MEP, finishing, supporting infrastructure, external development, and other costs allied to construction activities.
• Carry out physical site visits to source primary information, monitor project progress and summarize the findings and examinations
• Prepare BOQ level estimation of quantity and rate analysis of labor and material
• Carry out bill certification for works executed at site
• Review safety and quality management practices at site and report non compliances
• Review measurement sheets, reports of Junior Engineer and cross functional teams through system
• Update trackers, prepare COP, cost consultancy reports with Quality/Cost/Deviations.
• Ability to take-up any assignment at short-notice and do multi-tasking activities.
