You will work with Life Sciences datasets, build market models, and apply statistical techniques to forecast and support decision-making while engaging with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences / BE / MCA or MCA
• Advanced MS Excel and VBA for automation

Responsibilities

• Leverage IQVIA MIDAS and SDR datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Build and evaluate market scenarios using competitive dynamics.
• Apply time-series analyses, regression models, and forecasting methods.
• Translate business assumptions into quantifiable drivers in robust models.
• Produce high-quality, reproducible analytical deliverables for teams and clients.
• Structure client problems and design analytical approaches to address them.

Key Responsibilities

• Life Sciences Data Analysis: Work extensively with datasets such as IQVIA MIDAS, market research data, and SDR to extract actionable insights.
• Competitive Market Modeling: Build and evaluate market scenarios grounded in competitive dynamics and industry trends.
• Advanced Statistical Techniques: Apply time-series analysis, regression models, and forecasting methods to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Structured Model Development: Translate business assumptions into quantifiable drivers and integrate them into robust analytical models.
• Analytical Deliverables: Produce high-quality outputs, ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and clarity for project teams and clients.
• Problem Structuring: Deeply understand client challenges and design structured analytical approaches to address them.
• Workplan Execution: Develop clear project workplans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Client Engagement: Support interactions, presentations, and discussions with clients, ensuring technical clarity and business relevance.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute effectively within cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge in Pharmaceutical Forecasting and datasets.
• Advanced MS Excel (mandatory) - modelling, large datasets, automation
• VBA (mandatory) - automation, tool development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (client-ready storytelling)
• Familiarity with AI concepts and applications in business contexts.
