Job summary

Texas Instruments in India is seeking an Analog Design Engineer for the DCC/DAC team to design and verify precision DAC blocks for high-voltage processes.

The role requires 3–5 years of analog design experience, familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre, and a strong grounding in analog circuits such as band-gap references, amplifiers, oscillators and POR/BOR.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of analog design experience with Electrical/Electronics degree.
  • Experience in designing and simulating analog IPs like DACs, band-gap references, amplifiers.
  • Exposure to post-layout parasitic back-annotation is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design analog blocks and IPs for precision DAC products in high-voltage, precision process nodes.
  • Design and simulate analog IPs such as band-gap reference, DAC, amplifier, oscillator, comparator, POR/BOR.
  • Handle post-layout parasitic back-annotation in addition to design.
  • Show strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability; work with Cadence tools.

Analog Design Engineer for DCC/DAC team

  • Design analog blocks and IPs for precision DAC products in High-voltage, precision process nodes like HPA9.
  • Prior experience of designing and simulating (one or more) analog IPs like band-gap reference, DAC, amplifier, oscillator, comparator, power-management blocks like POR, BOR is required.
  • Should have handled post layout parasitic back-annotation in addition to design.
  • Strong understanding of analog concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre.
  • Must be highly focused and remain committed towards project goals.
  • Good team player with an attitude and thirst for continuous learning.
