Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 9+ years of experience in analog circuit design and development, OR Master's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience, OR PhD in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience.
• Proven expertise in analog and mixed‑signal circuit design, including design, simulation, and validation.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of power delivery solutions and their impact on system performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to inspire and guide technical teams.
• Experience driving innovation, process optimisation, or strategic initiatives.
