Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership: Own the full sales cycle from strategy to execution and achieve revenue and growth targets.
  2. Team Management: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on B2B and SaaS sales.
  3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, key partnerships, and emerging markets to scale the business.
  4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement robust sales processes, forecasting models, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to enhance the customer journey and deliver best-in-class solutions.
  6. Customer-Centric Approach: Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to inform product positioning and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B/SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic sales role.
  2. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant business growth.
  3. Experience working in fast-paced industries such as Software, IT, Oil & Gas, FMCG, or Food & Beverage.
  4. Strong understanding of enterprise sales, solution selling, and managing long sales cycles.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a high-growth environment.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
