Requirements:
10+ years of progressive experience in B2B/SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic sales role.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant business growth.
Experience working in fast-paced industries such as Software, IT, Oil & Gas, FMCG, or Food & Beverage.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales, solution selling, and managing long sales cycles.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a high-growth environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
