Position: IT Analyst (PMO Admin)
Nationality: Indian
Contract: 1 year renewable based on project
Work location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

• Support critical systems for PD&T & Corporate applications (e.g., ICT2U, GE APM).
• Responsible for application support activities including maintenance, administration, and L2 & L3 support.
• Work closely with the Service Desk to provide L2 & L3 operational support and ensure timely and efficient resolution of related incidents and service requests.
• Provide timely communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
