Job summary

Talent Grade is hiring an Ambulance Paramedic / EMT to deliver high-quality pre-hospital care and rapid transport in emergencies. The role covers initial patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, oxygen therapy and lifesaving interventions within scope.

You will stabilize patients, maintain equipment, document care, and coordinate with medical teams and hospitals to ensure timely admissions. A Diploma/degree in EMT and CPR/BLS required or preferred, with ACLS a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Emergency Medical Technology or related field.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred for ALS ambulance services.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide pre-hospital emergency care.
• Assess patients and monitor vital signs such as BP, pulse, SpO2 and respiratory rate.
• Provide first aid, CPR, oxygen support and other emergency interventions within the scope of training.
• Stabilize and safely transport patients to the appropriate hospital or medical facility.
• Assist with patient lifting, shifting and immobilization when required.
• Monitor the patient's condition continuously during transportation.
• Operate and maintain ambulance medical equipment, including oxygen, AED and emergency supplies.
• Ensure the ambulance is clean, properly equipped and ready for emergency deployment.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and handover details.
• Coordinate with doctors, hospitals and emergency control teams when required.
• Follow infection-control, patient-safety and ambulance-service protocols.

Education
