Qualification: B E or MCA

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Microsoft AD, File Servers, Systems, Exchange / O365, Sharepoint, etc
2. Design and Manage cloud architecture and cloud computing
3. Strategize cloud migration options and manage the migration.
4. Analyzing technical needs, requirements, and state of the server, storage and virtualization infrastructure design, integration, and operations
5. Managing emerging technologies in support of systems development efforts and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and systems flexibility.
6. Recommending, developing, implementing, and maintaining new and existing technology infrastructures
7. Acquiring new software and hardware, negotiating service contracts and building relationships with vendors and service providers
8. employee onboarding and offboarding
9. Leading efforts to research and pilot new technology to improve Infrastructure service.
10. Developing processes to streamline and automate routine tasks.
11. Delivering performance metrics on KPIs
12. Analyzing problems and communicating with end users and department managers to assess needs and determine optimum solutions to IT concerns.
13. Documenting all communication and tasks performed including closing out help desk requests when completed.
14. Managing capacity planning of all production hardware network, servers and storage, proactively submit recommendations or proposals in order to meet business demand.
15. Communicating project plan to appropriate staff and department managers as well as outlining any end user process changes.
16. Managing efforts to build and deliver Systems, Cloud Infra and Management
17. Implementing and managing the introduction of new technology and tools

Requirements & Desired Profile

1. B.Tech / BE with 15-20 years’ experience managing IT infrastructure
2. Experience in IT operations, management and best practices, significant experience with IT hardware and software
3. Demonstrated capability to design and implement an IT environment based on a well-articulated roadmap and strategic vision.
4. Working knowledge in various operating systems experience with supporting and troubleshooting stability and performance issues.
5. Experience with Infrastructure-Based Processes: Monitoring, Capacity Planning, Performance Tuning, Asset Management, Disaster Recovery, Data Center support
6. Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies and methods.
7. Experience with Servers, Infrastructure, Platform Sizing, Infrastructure Cost Reduction
8. Working knowledge on AD, Server and Database Infrastructure environment.
9. Working knowledge on O365, cloud computing and architecture
10. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to meet the organizations developing needs and growth.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight periodic reporting deadlines.
