Job summary

Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Specialist - F&A with strong R2R expertise to manage end-to-end accounting and reconciliation across multiple partners. You will own the month-end close, ensure timely reporting and uphold KPIs/SLA while coordinating audit deliverables.

The role requires formal accounting education (Bachelors/Masters) and experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle). Hybrid work arrangement in India with opportunities to lead process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in accounting, commerce, economics or finance is required.
• Masters in Finance preferred or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in end-to-end record to report processes and R2R ownership is essential.

Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Record to Report. In this role we are looking for a strong SME with extensive knowledge of accounting concepts and should have managed a team with a size of 10-15 people. You will be responsible for end to end accounting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple partners
• Ensure smooth month end close & reporting every month
• Ensure adherence and meeting the KP Is / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidences in line with requirements
• Build customer relationship drive confidence and improve customer happiness and lead all the process update calls with customers whenever required
