Job summary

Talent Seed Hr Services in Mumbai seeks a Chartered Accountant to strengthen our Internal Financial Control (IFC) framework. The role focuses on defining, documenting, and monitoring key controls to address material risks.

You will participate in reporting on IFC and IFRS-related processes and coordinate with external auditors during testing. Experience in IFC is mandatory and only CA-qualified candidates may apply.

Qualifications

• CA qualification required.
• Experience in Internal Financial Control is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and monitor key IFC controls to mitigate material risk.
• Coordinate with external auditors for IFC testing and IFRS-related processes.
• Contribute to IFC/IFRS reporting and ongoing process improvements.

Role & responsibilities

• Working for continuous improvement of Internal Financial Control framework.
• Ensure that key internal controls are defined, implemented, documented, assessed and monitored in front of material risks.
• Participate in the reporting on the Internal Control and Internal Financial Control frameworks.
• Coordinate with External Auditors on the testing of Internal Financial Controls.
• Participating in projects impacting the IFC IFRS framework.
