Job summary

Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to closely partner with the Regional CFO and senior leadership in shaping strategic and commercial decisions across growth, profitability, investments and business performance.

You will build robust financial models, evaluate investments, lead budgeting and forecasting, and present insights to executives and the Board, translating analysis into actionable guidance for the business in the pharma sector.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA (Finance) with 6-10 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A or Corporate Finance.
• Pharma, healthcare, or life sciences experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and commercial teams on strategy, profitability, pricing and growth initiatives.
• Develop and evaluate business cases and investment proposals across new products, markets, licensing, partnerships and R&D.
• Build financial models and assess opportunities using NPV, IRR, ROI, Payback and Free Cash Flow.
• Conduct market, product and commercial analysis to support strategic opportunities.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Monitor cash flow, collections, working capital and DSO, with a focus on cash generation.
• Evaluate R&D investments and expected returns across development and commercial molecules.
• Prepare executive and Board-level presentations, translating financial analysis into clear business insights.
• Act as a finance partner to leadership, providing independent analysis and constructive challenge on key decisions.
