Job summary

A food-tech company in Bengaluru is seeking a Project Manager to drive new product launches and align cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in PMO or innovation within D2C or FMCG sectors. Proficiency in project management tools and a strong understanding of D2C dynamics are essential. Responsibilities
  • Project Governance: Own end-to-end Idea-to-Market (I2M) lifecycle for new product launches, collabs, and pilots.
  • Stage-Gates & Tracking: Drive D2C-adapted stage-gates, monitor milestones, risks, budgets, and ensure speed-to-market.
  • Cross-Functional Hub: Align Marketing, Growth, R&D, Supply Chain, Ops, and Finance on launch readiness.
  • Innovation Portfolio: Maintain pipeline health, track pilots, and report on KPIs, ROI, and consumer adoption.
  • Process Excellence: Implement agile tools (Jira, Trello, Notion), standardize templates, and refine I2M playbook
