Overview

Job Title: AM Inflight Product Development

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking, research industry best practices and establish customer trends for further innovation by the airline.
• Lead, drive and manage the development lifecycle for the cabin, seat, IFE and inflight connectivity products from conceptualization to launch, including vendor selection, creation of product specifications, conducting production sampling/trials, and establishing product communication materials such as product info decks.
• Improve/maintain existing products to provide customers with an exceptional inflight experience.
• Work with stakeholders on aircraft configuration for all aspects of interior cabin definition, including class/seat and lighting configuration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. cabin crew, inflight services) to implement and rollout new cabin products and experience.
• Oversee and coordinate stakeholders’ review and selection of inflight media content (including inflight library).
• Monitor customers’ inflight experience and drive the implementation for the areas of improvement, including investigating and analyzing customer and stakeholder feedback.
• Disseminate consolidated feedback for internal process review and vendors’ action and follow up for closure.

Eligibility

• Must be at a level of Sr. Executive (1B) or above in the current role.
• Minimum tenure in the current role – 18 months as on date and must have attained minimum performance rating of GP3 in the last appraisal.
