Job summary

KOHLER India is seeking a senior Power Platform developer to design, build, and deploy Power Apps, Automate flows, and data integrations with enterprise systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and document designs for ongoing support.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, security, scalability, and adherence to technology standards, with opportunities to work on canvas, model-driven, and code-based Power Apps

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in Power Apps, Power Apps Code Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and business processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate business processes.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions.
• Develop integrations between Power Apps and enterprise systems using REST APIs and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain existing applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with technology standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and solution design documents.

Job description

• Strong experience developing Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Apps Code Apps.
• Experience building pro-code solutions using Power Apps Code Apps.
• Strong experience with Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Dataverse and SQL.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
• Ability to build end-to-end business solutions using Power Platform.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-facing communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

• Experience with ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Experience with web services and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
