Sarthee Consultancy seeks an In-charge Auxiliary Outfitting to lead installation, alignment, and pre-commissioning of auxiliary machinery aboard ships, ensuring precision and adherence to Class rules and schedules.
You will supervise mounting of pumps, purifiers, boilers, and HVAC, develop micro-plans, manage safety, and coordinate with construction teams to guarantee structural integrity. The role requires 8–12 years in shipbuilding, with 4–6 years in supervisory capacity.
The In-charge Auxiliary Outfitting is the production leader responsible for the flawless execution of installation, precision alignment, and pre-commissioning of all Auxiliary Machinery, HVAC, and major mechanical outfitting equipment within the vessel. This critical role ensures the accurate mounting of pumps, compressors, purifiers, ventilation fans, and deck machinery, guaranteeing structural integrity, correct system integration, and adherence to Class rules and project schedules in the Ship Construction Site (SCS).
8 to 12 years of experience in the Shipbuilding/Ship Repair sector, with a minimum of 4-6 years focused on the installation, alignment, and commissioning of shipboard Auxiliary Machinery and Mechanical Outfitting in a supervisory/in-charge capacity.
