Qualifications

• Expert-level sourcing for tech and non-tech roles, organic and inorganic, with strong alternative sourcing methods.
• Strong intake skills: understand the real problem behind a client's hiring need, not just the JD.
• Hands-on AI usage in recruitment: comfortable using Claude and other AI tools to build rubrics, screen profiles and speed up sourcing.
• Solid understanding of product ecosystems and how product companies hire; proven product/product-tech hiring experience.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a high-ownership AM & Delivery Expert to own end-to-end sourcing, candidate delivery, and client account management. In this hybrid role, you will lead hiring strategies for product ecosystems (tech & non-tech), maintain strong client relationships, and leverage AI tools to streamline hiring.

Must-haves (apart from the regular TA/Recruiter JD):

• Expert-level sourcing for both tech and non-tech roles, organic and inorganic, with strong alternative sourcing methods and an out-of-the-box approach
• Strong intake skills: able to understand the real problem behind a client's hiring need, not just the JD
• Hands-on AI usage in recruitment: comfortable using Claude and other AI tools to build role rubrics, screen profiles and speed up sourcing
• Solid understanding of the product ecosystem and how product companies hire; proven product/product-tech hiring experience
• Strong account management and client communication: regular client connects, expectation setting, talent negotiations, closing conversations
• Strategic thinker with strong problem solving and research skills
• Relationship builder who keeps the client first
• Reliable, proactive, with a high ownership mindset

Good to have (not mandatory):

• Consultancy background with product hiring exposure, or experience at an early stage startup
