dentsu in Mumbai Goregaon seeks an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead accounting and reporting functions. With 3-5 years of experience, you will prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, and ensure monthly reconciliations.

You will implement internal controls, ensure DOA compliance, coordinate audits, manage cash flow and treasury, and identify financial risks. This permanent, full-time role is based at Goregaon Prism Tower under Global Functions.

Qualifications

• CA required with 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience preparing P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
• Knowledge of monthly close, reconciliations and management reporting.
• Strong grasp of accounting standards, DOA and internal controls.
• Exposure to tax compliance, audits and governance processes.

Key responsibilities:

Accounting & Reporting

• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure all Balances are reconciled on monthly basis
• Closing the month end and reporting the numbers for Management reporting
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Governance & Compliance

• Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA).
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate governance policies, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and compliance audits.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
• Oversee treasury operations and banking relationships.

Risk Management

• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure segregation of duties and fraud prevention through strong control systems.
