We are seeking a capable content coordinator to manage monthly content requests, allocate work to writers, and ensure timely delivery and high-quality edits across client projects.

Responsabilidades

• Compile monthly content request sheet from SEO Team Leaders.
• Allocate content to in-house and freelance writers.
• Manage assignment and delivery of content independently.
• Communicate with clients and deliverables.
• Achieve daily editing targets of 8,000–10,000 words.
• Coordinate writer schedules and allocate content per availability.
• Maintain records of content received and sent to teams.
• Ensure timely editing and distribution of freelancer work.
• Develop a pool of freelance writers across client niches.

Job Description

What You Do:

• Compile monthly content request sheet received from SEO Team Leaders.
• Allocate content to in-house and freelance writers.
• Independently handle the procedure to assign and deliver content
• Independently handle clients - communication and deliverables
• Deliver editing targets - 8-10,000 words a day
• Coordinate multiple schedules of writers and allocate content according to their availability.
• Compile and allocate any additional content requests on a timely basis.
• Ensure clear and open communication between writers, clients and the team leaders.
• Maintain a daily record of all the content received and sent to respective teams.
• Ensure that work received from freelance writers is edited and sent to respective teams on a timely basis.
• Develop a continuous and reliable pool of freelance writers for various client niches.

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• The desired candidate must possess demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a high-pressure problem solving environment.
• Must be a self-starter and capable of working independently with minimal instruction. You must use your own sound judgment to decide the best course of action for your projects.
• Have a great, positive and upbeat attitude.
• Bachelors and/or Master's degree in any of the following areas;
