Job summary

WOW Softech in Noida is seeking an experienced Alteryx Developer to design and optimize workflows for data preparation, automation, and reporting. You will translate business needs into scalable Alteryx-based solutions and work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.

The role requires 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Alteryx, ETL, data blending, and analytics, with strong SQL and data visualization skills. Immediate joiners welcome; 30 days notice period applies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Alteryx workflows for data preparation, transformation, automation, and reporting.
• Analyze business problems and create diagnostic assessments that lead to innovative digital solution proposals.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Alteryx-based solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, clients, and project sponsors to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful deployment of analytics and automation solutions.
• Present solution roadmaps, business cases, and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, documentation, project reporting, and adherence to delivery standards.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies including RPA, AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and Advanced Analytics to enhance business processes.
• Support client presentations, transformation workshops, and solution demonstrations during new business pursuits.
