JPMorganChase in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking a Senior Team Member for Alternative Fund Services – Portfolio Administration to support journal entries, performance reporting and portfolio accounting.

This role covers daily to annual accounting cycles, reconciliation of cash and securities, and timely resolution of issues while contributing to hedge fund and private equity operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Up to 0-3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience using accounting applications is a plus.
• High level of proficiency in Excel is required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare journal entries, performance reporting and portfolio accounting.
• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting functions as assigned
• Ownership and accountability for timely and accurate resolution of cash and securities reconciliation breaks
• Monitor status of aged and significantly sized breaks to ensure timely and accurate resolution
• Identify fund issues and elevate to Manager on a timely basis

Private Equity & Real Estate Services ("PERES") was launched in November of 2005 through the commercialization of the finance and technology team supporting J.P. Job Responsibilities

• Ownership and accountability for timely and accurate resolution of cash and securities reconciliation breaks
• Monitor status of aged and significantly sized breaks to ensure timely and accurate resolution
• Identify fund issues and elevate to Manager on a timely basis

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Up to 0-3 years of accounting experience
• Experience using accounting applications a plus
• High level of proficiency in Excel
