Position: IT & Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Shall be responsible for maintaining Google server (GCP) of the company.
2. Maintaining Mail server, Tally Server, Easy report software or any important software.
3. User management on Tally Server and Mail server. Creating profiles and maintaining the credentials, maintaining data security.
4. Maintaining Inventory for Company Assets like laptop, desktop, printers, accessories, and various software.
5. Local IT Hardware & Network Management (LAN & WAN, Servers, PCs, Printers, Laptop, Desktop & Other Accessories).
6. Supporting outstation employees remotely with their laptop issues, software issues by installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
7. Responsible for maintaining Attendance software.
8. Providing customized report to OEMs.
9. Additional knowledge of coding languages shall get priority.

Location: Mumbai (Bhiwandi)

Experience: 3 - 7 Years
