Overview

JOB SUMMARY: CEO will be responsible for execution of company's business plans as per strategic directions. He / she would be responsible for Milling Operations and Exports Commercials along with working closely with all departmental heads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Overseeing Milling Operations and ensuring achievements of targets.
    • Managing Business Operation of the company and working closely with departmental heads to support day to day activities of staff members.
    • Practicing innovative methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reducing costs, increasing profits and improving control measures.
    • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
  • Milling Operations
    • Meeting production and delivery schedule.
    • Overseeing Milling Operations / Liaisoning with Mill Owners / Operational Managers
    • Exploring new ways to increase top line and reduce bottom line of business.
    • Optimising Production Results.
    • Efficient procurement of products at best price and of best quality.
    • Ensure zero customer complaints.
  • Exports Commercial
    • Support Exports Commercial Department in execution of orders, L/C matters and related correspondence.
    • Logistic Management
    • Communicating with KSA Team / Al Maha Team / International Buyers of Rice.
    • Dealing with CHA, banks and all other stakeholders.
  • Strategic Role
    • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
    • Understanding Rice Market, Price Trends and price movements.
    • Prepare Market Analytics & Sharing Purchase and Sale Timing related suggestions.
    • Design, implement policies to promote company culture and vision and oversee operations to keep businesses on track.
  • Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary.
    • Analyze internal & external operations and identify areas for process enhancement.
    • Ensuring all legal compliances related to International Business and Exports.
    • Safeguarding all safety measures to be followed while achieving timely deliveries.
