Overview of the Role

As an ET - Group Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering advanced product and sustenance solutions within the ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) domain. Leading a team of experts, you will drive solution innovation, oversee technical delivery, and enable the adoption of Gen AI frameworks across projects. Your expertise will be critical in supporting global clients in automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors, directly impacting the quality, efficiency, and success of HCLTechs technology offerings.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Lead the ALM Center of Excellence (CoE) in solution development, ensuring delivery of innovative and robust solutions aligned with client needs and industry standards.
• Oversee and review solutions delivered to projects, ensuring adherence to defined scope, technical standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical support for sales and presales activities, collaborating with internal teams and clients to design tailored solutions.
• Drive adoption and integration of Gen AI frameworks within solutions and delivery projects to enhance automation, performance, and value.
• Maintain a deep understanding of ALM platforms, including Polarion, Codebeamer, and Atlassian, and leverage this knowledge to optimize client outcomes.
• Ensure strong alignment with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) processes, particularly those used by automotive, aerospace, and industrial clients.
• Mentor and guide technical teams to foster skill development, innovation, and high performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Skill Requirements

Must Have:

• Proven experience in leading solution development within the ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) domain.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with ALM platforms such as Polarion, Codebeamer, and Atlassian.
• In‑depth understanding of SDLC processes, especially in automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
• Experience in conceptualizing and delivering complex technical solutions through team leadership.
• Proficiency in Gen AI frameworks and their application in technology solutions.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Relevant certifications in ALM tools, project management, or cloud platforms.

• Experience working with multinational clients and cross‑cultural teams.
