Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Hyderabad seeks a Specialist Executive Manager/Manager, Alliance Marketing Growth Platforms to lead integrated marketing programs that strengthen alliance relationships, engage clients, and drive business growth.

You will partner with senior alliance leaders, manage multiple workstreams, mentor teams, and ensure timely, high-quality campaigns and events across time zones.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of experience in marketing program management.
• Master’s degree or MBA in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong project management, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a team preferred.
• Experience collaborating effectively across time zones and with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior alliance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand and define alliance priorities, and translate them into integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and virtual and in-person events.
• Build strong relationships with alliance leaders, stakeholders, peers, and delivery partners to support effective collaboration and execution.
• Lead end-to-end execution of alliance marketing programs, including content development, channel strategy, communications, client engagement and hospitality, webinars, social media, email campaigns, and event experiences.
• Lead campaign briefings and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure aligned planning, timely execution, and high-quality delivery.

As a passionate alliance marketing professional, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that strengthen alliance relationships, engage clients, and support business growth. This role partners with senior alliance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand alliance objectives, and deliver high-quality campaigns and events.

You will be responsible for understanding alliance marketing priorities and key areas of impact, planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and events, owning specific marketing workstreams, collaborating with alliance marketing counterparts, and contributing to our overall marketing strategy.

The following is a summary of what the role entails:
