Landing Page/Web-page Designer/Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Conceive, track, analyze, test, and develop landing pages for PPC campaigns
2. Create basic website layouts, EDM, user interfaces from PSD/PDF to HTML & HTMLization
3. Own landing page experimentation, from test design, to implementation, to analysis
4. Diagnose all things related to conversions on landing pages
5. Work with SEO team to implement SEO best practices on landing pages
6. Take a proactive approach to introducing new tools or strategies to level up optimization capabilities
7. Collaborate with third party web designers/agency to realize visual design intent
8. Responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
9. Design, write, and manage landing page content for optimal conversions
10. Create performance reports and additional ad hoc analyses as requested

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, software development, or related field
2. 2+ years experience working with websites and landing pages
3. Web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, React, and Angular
4. Experience in website builder and Content Management Systems (CMSs) such as WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.
5. Basic experience with Google Analytics and tracking data
6. Proactive communication style, using appropriate methods to increase collaboration
7. Relentless curiosity and an urge to innovate, measure and improve
8. Ability to work independently in a sometimes unstructured environment
