Assistant Manager Infrastructure Gurgaon with 5 years of proven work experience as IT Sr Executive for Large-enterprise scale IT Infra setup. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills in the domain of IT Infra.

• Manages and maintains day-to-day IT operations with a structured, process-oriented approach centered on a responsive Help Desk, support personnel, and vendor services across Infrastructure & End user support.

• Develops disaster recovery plans for business-critical applications, infrastructure services, Establishes system backup and recovery processes that provide the user community with relevant and timely support.

• This role will manage outsourced managed services contracts and IT teams to provide services for Public and Private Cloud, Enterprise Infrastructure, SAP Application including S4HANA/ API infrastructure, and other business applications.

• This person will plan, design, and direct all operational activities of the IT Operations department.

• Conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best-in-class technologies and partners.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Foresee any potential risks, discuss and propose the mitigation Network Maintenance – Updating operating systems and databases with the latest updates. Maintaining all hardware, including employee workstations/laptops for the latest software and error-free operations.

• Network Security Updation/upgradation of network security for all servers and other equipment at head office and branch offices. Ensure Internet, VPN, broadband links are working properly for seamless connectivity ensuring nil downtime.

• Administration Install and maintain requisite software and security application, ensuring seamless connectivity for users alongside data security and backup. Monitor health of servers, switches, and other hardware. Ensuring implementation of data backup policy and user administration policies. Monitor & provide technical support related to Laptop, desktop, software, printers, scanners, and video conferencing and provide remote support to offsite users.

• Timely patch updates on Servers, Network devices, desktops, laptops, Antivirus patches Setup failovers to ensure 100% uptime.

• Server and Network hardening to ensure 100% secure network. Deploy Fiber ring to ensure zero downtime for dispatches. Responsible for managing NOC.

• Monthly IT Audit & Documentation.

• Demonstrated experience in IT contract management, MSA’s, Software/Subscription Agreements, Professional Services.

• Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operating properly.

• Maintain accurate inventory and record of all hardware, software, and manuals purchased.

• Ensure that all software runs with no output errors, no response time problems, and functioning according to specifications.

• Carry out the repairs and maintenance of all PCs, printers, Maintain all users' access requests and authorizations (Windows, E-mail).

• Respond to all users' requests and provide them with adequate support.

Competency Requirements: [Technical & Behavioural]

• Bachelor’s degree, Exposure to ITIL concepts and adoption, excellent project management skills.

• Experience in Large manufacturing & Retail setup, should have handled complex and large IT Network having 50+ servers, 1500 desktops/laptops, 100+ network devices, 150+ CCTV cameras, multilocation WAN connectivity, DR setup. Experience in the open source platform is a must.

• Must be adept in MS Office and MS Project.

• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel without losing track.

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year.
